NEW STATE LAW: SB 929 of 2011: Vehicles: Child Passenger Restraints
EFFECTIVE DATE: January 1, 2012
SUMMARY: SB 929 requires that children under the age of 8 OR under 4 feet 9 inches in height must be secured in a car seat or booster seat.
